That page looks to be a double of Main Page.
But you have a nice "How" that others do not have. What about some few ideas?
We can merge Main Page in your page (in my maind your page name is more acureted, and use "main page" for a common global entry with all langages linked to apropriate portals as I began to do with FR Portal as you can see here [1].
