Cerulean Tryker is an event team ID to be used to add reliable and vetted content. Cerulean has been on the Event Team for three years as of 2015 and is actually enjoying the experience. Cerulean has animated various NPCs in the course of these three years and is currently the responsible ET person for the Ranger player faction. He disavows any responsibility for the slow development of the faction. It's all because there aren't magic programming tools that will allow him to create worlds just by thinking of them.
